Absztrakt

A modern technológiai vívmányok, így az algoritmusok és a mesterséges intelligencia egyre nagyobb teret kapnak az Európai Unió bel- és igazságügyi szakpolitikájában. A bevezetés alatt álló Európai Utasinformációs és Engedélyezési Rendszer (ETIAS) olyan algoritmus-alapú szűrést alkalmaz, amely adatvédelmi és alapjogi kérdéseket is felvet, érintve egyebek mellett a magánélethez való jogot és a hatékony jogorvoslathoz való jogot. Jelen tanulmány ezt az összefüggésrendszert vizsgálja, tekintetbe véve az Európai Unió Bíróságának ítélkezési gyakorlatát is.
