Absztrakt
A nemzetközi kapcsolatok területét a szuverén államok és a köztük kialakult kapcsolatok dominálják hosszú idő óta. Érdemes azonban megvizsgálni a szuverén államoktól eltérő jogállású területeket is, amelyek egyik típusa a részben független terület. A bemutatott munka a következő észak-európai, részben független területeket elemzi: Aland, Feröer-szigetek, Grönland, Skócia. Ezek a területek jó példaként szolgálhatnak más részben független területeknek is, mivel mind a demokrácia szintjét, mind a központi állammal való együttműködést tekintve jók a mutatóik.
