Absztrakt
Általános értelemben a deepfake alatt olyan audiovizuális tartalom értendő, amely teljesen vagy részben valós tartalom manipulálásával jött létre. A manipulált tartalom erőteljesen érintheti az egyes személyek emberi méltósághoz, képmáshoz, hangfelvételhez, magánélethez és személyes adatok védelméhez való jogát. Jelen tanulmányban a deepfake-tartalmak legfontosabb személyiségi jogi kihívásait tekintjük át, áttekintő, problémafelvető jelleggel.
